1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Vantage Apple Reward Challenge ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 8 September 2025 to 8 October 2025, based on system time ("Promotion Period"), both days inclusive.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

• Must have a STP, ECN, Tradingview, Copy Trading, Premium trading or Perpetual trading account with Vantage.
• Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, clients must:

• Opt-in to the Promotion via Client Portal or App;
• Deposit a minimum USD$500 fresh funds;
• Trade a minimum of USD 1 million notional volume on closed trades.

      Only closed trades held for a minimum of 10 minutes will be counted towards this Promotion.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

Eligible clients will receive rewards according to the requirement tier they have completed. Please see the prize and requirements below:

The estimated retail value of each prize may vary depending on availability, region, and local market conditions. Vantage does not guarantee the retail value of any prize.

• At the end of the Promotion, Vantage will assess all eligible client’s requirements met and contact all eligible prize winners within 20 business days.
• Each eligible client may only win one prize at any time during the Promotion Period.
• The winners will be contacted by their account manager and must provide Vantage with their full name, residential address, email address and phone number to arrange for the shipping of their prizes and is responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information as per requirements. Vantage will not be liable for any failure in prize delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the winner. The information collected will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion.
• All prizes are subject to availability. In case of extraordinary circumstances where any prize under this Promotion becomes unavailable, Vantage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute or replace the prize with an alternate item or voucher of similar value, or a cash equivalent up to the estimated retail value of the original prize, as determined by Vantage.
• Physical prizes may take up to 90 days or more to be delivered to the client’s address starting from the date in which Vantage contacts the winners.

6. Combined Promotions

• Clients who participated in the Vantage Capital Mongolia Stock Gift Promotion will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion until the Vantage Capital Mongolia Stock Gift Promotion ends.
• Any deposits or trades made by clients for this Promotion prior to the end of the Vantage Capital Mongolia Stock Gift Promotion will not be counted.

7. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Provides false information;
• Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices, such as churning.

8. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices, or misuse of the Promotion. Update or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

9. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

11. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

DEFINITIONS

1. System Time refers to the MetaTrader (MT) system time, which operates on GMT+2 or GMT+3, depending on daylight saving time adjustments.

2. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

3. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

4. Notional Volume refers to the total value of a derivative contract position, determined by multiplying the underlying asset’s price by the size of the position.
Formula: Notional Volume (USD) = Trading lot X Contract size X Closing price of the underlying assets X End of day product exchange rate to USD.

5. Fresh fund refers to funds that do not originate from any existing trading account or funds that are not withdrawn and re-deposited 30 days before or during the Promotion Period. Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, Introducer/Affiliate rebates, or any form of commissions will not be considered as fresh funds or new deposits, and therefore, will not be counted towards this Promotion.

6. Prize refers to any of the items or rewards specified in the Promotion, including but not limited to physical items, vouchers or cash prizes.

7. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

8. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices.
